I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to let Ilana know how much I loved her before she passed. She was an amazing girl and a special friend. Many of her friends and family didn't have the chance to share their feelings. I hope this memorial page helps pay tribute to an incredible person and allows everyone to share their memories, thoughts and feelings. Her passing is a tragedy for us all, but what she left behind has helped make this world a better place. Ilana- You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

And bring you back again.

No farewell words were spoken,

No time to say "goodbye"

You were gone before I knew it,

And only God knows why.

My heart still aches with sadness,

And secret tears still flow,

What it meant to love you-

No one will ever know.

But now I know you want me

To mourn for you no more;

To remember all the happy times,

Life still has much more in store.

Since you will never be forgotten,

I pledge to you today-

A hollowed place in our hearts,

Is where you will always stay.
